Seabrook Common Areas Department is now hiring for a full time Safety Officer to work in our growing beach town! We are looking for someone who is reliable, able to self-manage, follow procedures, multitask and possesses and demonstrates high levels of customer service, while working independently.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Must be able to work various shifts and weekends
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with security or military work preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficient with computers, radios, and cellphone
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift 30+ pounds, get in and out of vehicle, sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Washington State Driver’s license required
  • First Aid and CPR certified preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

  

 

Job Duties:

  • Parking and driving enforcement
  • Park and sport court monitoring
  • Guest and homeowner assistance
  • Conflict resolution
  • Basic First Aid and CPR
  • Assisting First Responders when needed
  • Security observation
  • Team communication
  • Understand and follow written Standard Operating Procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned
